2. Description of Service

Mustscope provides tools to generate and host metadata for iOS, Android, and Web applications, including:

  • AI-generated Privacy Policies
  • AI-generated Terms of Use
  • AI-generated App Descriptions
  • Contact pages with form submissions
  • Screenshot generator tools

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes 1 app with ads displayed on public pages.

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro subscription includes up to 15 apps with no ads on public pages. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

5. Generated Content

5.1 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, App Descriptions) is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all generated content before use
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness for your specific use case
  • Consulting with legal professionals for compliance advice
  • Making necessary modifications to meet your requirements

5.2 No Legal Advice

Mustscope does not provide legal advice. Generated documents are templates and may not be suitable for all jurisdictions or use cases. We recommend consulting with a qualified attorney.

5.3 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Create content that infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Create apps that violate Apple's App Store or Google Play guidelines

7. Hosted Pages

Public pages (Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Contact) hosted on mustscope.com are provided as-is. We reserve the right to:

  • Display advertisements on free plan pages
  • Remove content that violates these terms
  • Suspend or terminate access for policy violations

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for App Store rejections or legal issues arising from generated content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mustscope from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Public pages will be taken offline
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable period

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mustscope operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
